SCOPE

 

ISO 6892-2 specifies testing method for tensile testing of metallic materials at temperatures higher than room temperature.

 

 

 

APPARATUS

 

TESTINGMACHINE calibrated in accordance with ISO7500-1,Class1, or better.

 

 

Salt Co., LTD. ST-1003 Chamber/Furnace type
Our Universal Testing Machine (UTM) is well fitted for the requirements.
Depending on the temperture range, a chamber or furnace type would be chosen.

ST-1003 Chamber/Furnace Type
Chamber/Furnace can be designed on to a rail for easy movement. One person can easily push or pull the chamber for complete access to the test areas.

 

 

 

EXTENSOMETER to be in accordance with ISO 9513, class 1 or better, in the relevant range may be used. For higher extension properties,extensometer in accordance with ISO 9513 class 2 or relevant range may be used. Gauge length >10mm and shall correspond to the central position of the parallellength.
